In the description please note the name of the property management company so we can assign the customer to the correct account along with detalied description of the appliance issue(s).

We will call the tenant, schedule and confirm their appointment.

You will receive an email regarding the tenant's appointment and you can track the status, access estimates and invoicesat any time via the link provided in the email.

Futhermore, estimates will be sent directly to the email address of the property managment company.

Estimates can be "approved" based on the property management's selection. If lost we will bill the service fee, if won the repair will commence and we will invoice upon completion.

**Sometimes parts need to be ordered and if that is the case we will schedule a return appointment based on part's ETA. There is no additional charge for a return visit.
